- CZ Marketing will never swap, share, rent or sell email address lists.
- CZ Marketing receives and utilizes email address lists from its clients in order to send enewsletters and other types of messages to their customers. CZ does not retain or use its clients' lists except for that purpose. Each address list remains the property of the client.
- Email recipients can unsubscribe at any time for any reason by clicking the link at the bottom of the enewsletter or message from which they wish to unsubscribe. CZ will forward unsubscribe and address change requests on to the client/list owner so they can be placed on the client's Do Not Email list.
- CZ Marketing maintains a Master Suppression List for each of its clients.
- All address lists are secured with industry standard technology.
- Newsletters distributed by CZ Marketing may contain links to other sites. CZ Marketing is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such sites.
